New Day... new start...
I have been very excited to learn about the new ww changes. Found enough credit on a card to charge 3 months! So hoping that by February vacation I can be on my way to thin! Realistically, I just don't want to gain those 10 pounds I manged to lose and keep off this year. At this time of year it would be all to easy to do. So, I put my feet on the floor and started to use the treadmill. I put my money where my mouth is and rejoined on line. The program is just different enough that I will have to track my food and it will count my points. No more guessing... no more fudging... What do I expect this month... It would be great to be down 10 by Christmas. How about 30 by Feb. vacation ? Yes, the goal... if I manage to lose more than that, great! But 30 down will be super! And 30 more by summer... :)
I am going to try and figure out how to put a ticker on this blog! That would be motivating!
What am I willing to do? Track my food. Walk 20-40 minutes a day. Blog my losses! I certainly seem to have the daily points to not feel deprived. I can earn 3 extra points daily for the exercise. I am pretty psyched up to do this!!!
I don't want to mention this to Ken or anyone else for that matter. I keep quitting and I don't want to disappoint anyone or myself. So I will just do my thing... and results will soon follow!
I have already started to walk in the AM so that is in place.going on line after dinner shouldn't be a problem. I'll have planning time to blog. I'll take measurements and pictures on Thursdays when Ken is at school.
