Do what you love..and what makes you happy.

Ahhhh... feels good to not have anything we have to do....anywhere we have to go!
I was up and attem first thing though. Got the dog on his leash and out the door we went. In trying to create a new habit... how many days does it take? This is day 4 of getting up and going. While I wouldn't say my habit has been made I see a commitment of putting one foot in front of the other. I know its in my soul... I was there how many years ago... walking daily 2-4 plus miles a day. A different life from the present. A life still full of friends and family... the kind you are with hours and then vanish to your own world to be self absorbed. None of that now... married 7 years and 2 boys later. Little time to have quiet thoughts. On DUTY from the second one's eyelids blink open ... till the crash. :) Finally able to see the importance of making quiet time, I am back. In part to lose this weight that has crept on... in part to make myself the healthiest I can... in part because it is something I truly had loved in my life prior to children.
I preach do what you love... find something that makes you happy... how often do I actually live by my words? My blog will journal just this...what do I do daily that is doing what I love... and what am I doing that makes me happy. What do I expect? ... I will focus on finding joy in simple things! I will transfer this joy to my family... both the 2 legged and four. I will be in tuned to what makes each of us happy... A nice learning experience.

I will try to recap my day here but if I am busy enjoying life... please forgive me! A perfect summer project.. journaling, What I did on my summer vacation! Until later!
